What sort of facility is required in a community or in a particular establishment? What facilities does it need, what size, how many seats? These are the questions often difficult to answer, but that must be addressed at the outset of a project before design and construction can begin. Drama by Design is highly experienced at working with everyone involved in a new building to ask the right questions, build a consensus and ultimately define the scope of project.

Our services as part of the study can include evaluation of existing facilities, providing budgets (including projections of likely operating costs), deciding on a program and assisting with site selection and design team integration.
